Child or Young Person Clinic

£245

Clinics are for children/young people up to, and including, 18 years of age. This clinic also includes full-time students up to, and including, 23 years of age. A parent/carer must attend the clinic if their child is under 18 years old.

This is where I get to know your child or young person. Either by video-call or in-person, information will be gathered about their current health concerns, early medical history, family medical history, current and previous medications (and supplements, if any). I will do comprehensive review of all their body systems to give me a full picture of their health.

A full dietary and lifestyle analysis will be carried out, based on a Health Questionnaire and Food Diary you will be sent once you have confirmed their booking.

What to expect:

This initial consultation will last up to 90 minutes with a thorough case history taken.

I may suggest some further testing with their GP or functional testing. (Costs for functional testing are additional and we can discuss this during their consultation. There is no obligation to undertake these). For all tests, a follow-up appointment will be necessary.

Once I have a comprehensive picture of you child’s health status and needs, I will review and research the best protocols for your specific concerns and put together a personalised plan which will be emailed to you. I will be available for a short 20 minute video call to go through the plan and any questions you might have should you require me to. The plan will consist of dietary advice, supplement recommendations (costs for supplements are additional), and lifestyle changes.

I encourage my young clients to participate fully in their own health journeys and will arm them with realistic and practical advice.

A Follow-Up appointment (priced £125) is highly advised to be booked within 4-6 weeks after the Individual Consultation so that we can discuss any changes and review your progress. A new revised plan will be included. You may also wish to focus on a new health concern at this point.
